On an annual basis the Rotary Club of Waverley combines with the Rotary Clubs of Monash Glen Waverley and Mount Waverley to hold the Mayor of Monash Charity Golf Day.
The event raises funds for deserving local community groups. This year, it will be held on Monday, October 20, 2025, at Riversdale Golf Club. The event includes a round of golf, a light lunch, and a dinner with a charity auction.
During more than 40 years, the golf day has raised over $1,000,000 for the community. This year, the event will be supporting the Cerebral Palsy Education Centre and the Monash Children’s Hospital Cancer Centre.
