Eradication of Polio
As a Club that is committed to the Rotary ideal of eradicating polio, we participate in the fund raising efforts or Rotary at an international level, with the Club and individual members making financial donations to the cause.
School of St Jude, Tanzania (East Africa)
Our club has been a long term supporter of the school of St Jude, which was
founded in 2002 to provide a quality primary, secondary and tertiary education
to “under privileged/poor” students in Tanzania. Rotary Australia, the primary
donor, has helped to build three (3) campuses of educational facilities that
ensures that some 1,800 bright young students and 446 university students
receive a quality free education that would otherwise be denied to them.
Our club’s commitment is to continue to co-sponsor a specific student as well
as supporting the school fund for unsponsored students.

Students in India
We are sponsoring three students from the Aspee School near Mumba, India. The commitment is for three years for each student.
Children in Samoa

Recognising the meagre resources that are available to students in Samoa, our Club has facilitated the sourcing and shipping of educational resources like books, writing material and computers for use by young school students.
Provided funding for the establishment and running of an orphanage in India
